For orders with a merchandise subtotal of less than USD 200 after discounts:

Free shipping
Free shipping eligibility is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and excludes shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and other applicable taxes or fees.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis.
Applicable customs duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout together with your order payment.

Payment Timing

Order Processing and Delivery
Orders are normally shipped from Japan within 3 business days after your order is confirmed.
All orders are shipped via Japan Post EMS (Express Mail Service).
EMS delivery to major cities in the United States is estimated to take approximately 11–12 days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, postal service conditions, weather, and other circumstances beyond our control.
Returns and Refunds
If you wish to return an item, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns must be approved by us before being shipped back.
For customer-initiated returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A 10% restocking fee based on the product price will be deducted from the refund. Original shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are non-refundable.
Customer-initiated returns are accepted only for items that are unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original condition.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide photos showing the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a return and full refund, a full or partial refund without requiring a return, or a replacement.
If a return is required due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost and no restocking fee will apply. In the case of a full refund, the product price, original shipping charges, and customs duties and import taxes paid with the order will be refunded.
